Framing the Work for Green Power Energy.

At A Glance: Served as the solo design lead for a full brand refresh and responsive website redesign for Green Power Energy. The work unified brand identity, simplified service messaging, and improved the path to lead conversion. I partnered with an independent developer to implement the final experience.

This project required senior-level decision-making across positioning, information architecture, and conversion UX. I worked directly with stakeholders to align on goals, reduce ambiguity, and turn complex clean energy offerings into a clear, customer-first story that builds trust quickly.

I treated the website like a product. I defined page patterns, content hierarchy, and interaction behavior so the experience stayed consistent across residential and commercial entry points, while keeping key calls to action visible and low friction.

What made this work successful: clarity-first messaging, a scalable visual system, and a layout strategy designed to support marketing growth without needing a redesign every time content changes.

Process and Strategic Decisions.

I started with discovery to align expectations and reduce rework. That included stakeholder interviews, a content and SEO audit of the existing site, and competitor benchmarking to understand category norms and differentiation opportunities.

From there, I rebuilt the information architecture around the questions prospects actually ask. What services do you offer. Who is this for. Why should I trust you. What is the next step. The design intentionally brings those answers forward with clear hierarchy and repeated conversion moments.

To keep the system scalable, I designed modular page sections and a repeatable component approach. This made it easier to add new services, landing pages, and content over time while preserving brand consistency and accessibility best practices.

Homepage Storytelling.

The homepage balances credibility with conversion. It introduces the brand promise, highlights services, and quickly funnels users toward contact and estimates.
