Role: Sole Designer. UI + UX Lead. Reported to the Art Director.
Stakeholders: Agency owners, Art Director, and a development team.
Scope: 35+ page site, templates, modular sections, HubSpot conversion flows, and 4 email templates.

Note: This was internal agency work, so success was measured through ongoing iteration rather than a single launch metric.
The website was designed as a scalable marketing platform, not a one-off portfolio page. In total it shipped with 35+ pages. Top-level navigation pages were bespoke, service capability pages followed a consistent template, and case studies and blog articles used a modular system that could flex to the story being told while still reusing prebuilt pieces for speed. A few smaller lightweight templates supported landing pages and HubSpot conversion flows.

On the homepage we highlight life at the company in the homepage's hero, followed by a brief company overview. We follow that up with a handful of featured projects that are linked to their case studies. An introduction to our HubSpot offerings and partnership, the four most recent blog posts, and rounded out with video testimonials.
The original 19 IDEAS site was a single page. In the new incarnation, the site expanded into a structured system of pages designed to support growth without becoming difficult to navigate. We built bespoke layouts for top-level navigation pages, a repeatable template for capability pages that described service offerings, and a modular approach for case studies and blog articles so each story could be custom while still using reusable building blocks for efficiency. A blog and resource center created room for ongoing publishing, and HubSpot conversion forms supported lead capture.
On the about page we dive deeper into company culture with more company description, interactive team bios, animated gifs and video, an interactive Q&A about the company name, and lastly our live feed of office ping pong stats.
I designed and built an initial set of four email templates in HubSpot, including a newsletter format (articles, featured work, and agency updates), announcement and invitation templates, and a reporting-style email used to share website performance insights. From there, the templates were iterated on as new content needs emerged. The reporting email contained client-specific details and is not displayed here.
To support lead generation and thought leadership, I helped design eBook layouts and landing experiences that matched the brand system. These assets were structured to work well in HubSpot workflows, including gated downloads and follow-up email sequences.
Toward the end of my time with 19 IDEAS, I proposed and designed a set of refinements to improve the system over time. The focus was on clearer calls to action, better lead capture flows, and modernized layouts while staying consistent with the brand system. These iterations were informed by marketing insights and designed to remain flexible across breakpoints and future content growth.
